Rental
Procedures for Out-of State Customers
After
you place your order, your shipment will arrive
on or before the previously discussed date. You
have 5 business days to return the
linen after the discussed date. Any linen
returned after that day is subject to
another rental fee.
Procedures
for shipping them back:
1. Save the original boxes
or find similar boxes (shape and size).
2. Fold the soiled linen carefully so
they fit back in the boxes.
3. Please make sure that a copy of your
invoice is also placed in the box. If
you lose the invoice, a piece of paper
with your name on will be sufficient.
4. Tape (with clear tape) the return
labels on the boxes. The return labels
can be found in the information packet
enclosed in the shipment.
5. Make sure the boxes are taped shut.
6. Drop the boxes off a UPS shipper or
you can call and have them picked up by
calling 1-800-PICKUPS. UPS will charge a
pick-up fee. |
Do not lose the
return slips. They are prepaid and can not be
refunded. If they are not in the box when
you receive your order call us the day the order
arrives. If the labels are lost and you fail to
call us immediately you will still be
responsible for returning the linens. |
