Rental Procedures for Out-of State Customers
Please open the box (es) to make sure everything is accounted for. If anything is missing please contact our office immediately. Any claims for missing linen, missing return labels or damaged linen must be made within 24 hours of receipt of linens. If no one answers, please leave a message on our voice mail and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please hold on to the information packet inside the box. This packet contains your return labels, credit card receipt, and instructions for returning the linen. If you loose you labels there is a $5.00 replacement fee for each label. The linen should be shipped back to us the first business day after your event. Any linen not returned back to us by the designated date on the front of your invoice is subject to an additional rental fee.
Procedures for shipping linens back:
- Save the original boxes or find similar boxes (shape and size)
- Fold the soiled linen carefully so they fit back in the boxes. Shake out any loose debris such food, paper and confetti. Remove any foreign items such as tape, straight pins, and rubber bands; as some items will cause injury to our employees. If any of the linens are wet please put them in a separate bag before putting them in the box. This will prevent the other linens from becoming mildewed.
- Use clear tape to close the box. Put the return labels in the clear pouch on the top of the box. Make sure to remove old label.
- You must drop your boxes off at a FedEx facility in your area. Please do not call FedEx for a pick-up there will be an additional charge for that service.
- All chair sashes must be knot/bow free upon return. There is a $.25 charge for every sash still in a knot/bow
Do not lose the return slips. They are prepaid and can not be refunded. If they are not in the box when you receive your order call us the day the order arrives. If the labels are lost and you fail to call us immediately you will still be responsible for returning the linens.
