Ordering
Q. How do I place an order?
A. Complete the Customer Agreement Form, Customer Information and the Linen Order forms and fax them to 410-760-5646. Visit our Forms to find the documents.
Q. How much notice do I need to give for my linen order?
A. At least two weeks. We recommend more notice than that if possible.
Returning Linens
Q. When do I return my linens?
A. If you pick-up on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, the linens are due back on the following Friday by 3:30. If you pick-up on Thursday or Friday, the linens are due back the next Monday by 3:30.
Q. How long do I have to return my linens if I am not in Maryland? In other words how many days am I allowed to keep the linen if I have my linens shipped to my state?
A. The linens need to be dropped off or picked up by Fed-ex the Monday following a weekend event or the first business day following an event.
Q. I am leaving for my honeymoon or I have to work on the day the linens need to be returned, how do I return them?
A. Designate a responsible friend or family member.
Payment
Q. How much money is needed to hold my order?
A. 50% of total
Q. Why do I need a credit card?
A. The linens are rentals, so they only cost you, the customer, a fraction of what the actual price to purchase the linens would cost. The credit card is used as security in the event of lost or damaged linen.
Sizing
Q. What size tablecloth fits my table?
A. First you need to know your diameter (if it’s a round table) or the length (if it’s a rectangle table). Then refer to the Price List for the size chart.
Q. What chair does the chair cover fit?
A. A round back hotel chair. We still recommend renting one chair cover and try it on the chair.
Q. How do I attach the skirts to my table?
A. We supply skirt clips upon request. The clips only fit a ¼ inch table lip.

Q. How do I get to your location?
A. The best way to get direction is to use one of the many direction websites that the internet has to offer. Visit our Contact Us page to find out more.

Out-of-State Orders
Q. What carrier will my linens be shipped with?
A. Fed-Ex
Q. How do I get my shipped linens back to Dove Linen?
A. Dove Linen will supply a pre-paid return label in the box. You are responsible for getting them to Fed-Ex. You can call Fed-Ex and have Fed-Ex pick up the box; there will be a charge for this. You can also drop the box off at a local Fed-Ex drop location.
Q. What do I need to do before I drop the linens of with Fed-Ex?
A. The box needs to be ready to go. The label needs to be on the box and the box taped and sealed.
Miscellaneous
Q. What time can we pick-up the linens?
A. We are open 8-4, however we do not suggest or guarantee time for any order until after 12:00.
Q. Can we come see the linens?
A. Yes, we show linens Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm.
